CASSANDRA PROPHECY

Cassandra was an actual person in ancient Greek history as well as a figure in Greek mythology. Irregardless of several stories regarding her role either in history or in mythology, Cassandra was eiher accorded a gift or a curse. As a compensation, Cassandra was given the gift of prophecy of events that no one would belive. It seems a greater gift that Cassandra was given the opportunity of immortality. As compensation for her demise, Cassandra was given the gift of prophecy of those things, events that no one would believe. It seems a greater gift ensued, that Cassandra was given the opportunity to step out of mythology. For nothing in personage, culture, nor life for that matter, is as it seems.
